Mindfulness is an everyday practice that can help us to reduce stress, become more awake, aware and present in our lives.
This is a group for anyone* interested in developing mindfulness practice and embedding mindfulness as part of their every day life. We are a faith based group, however these sessions are open to everyone regardless of religion, faith or belief.
Sessions are free although we do ask for donations to cover the cost of venue hire.
Meditation and Mindfulness are suitable for most people however if you have a pre-existing mental health condition then we recommend you check with your doctor before coming along. If you are unsure then please contact us via email before the session. Any information shared will be treated as confidential.
Please also note that we have a minimum age of 18 years for all participants.
